From May 29th to the 31st of 2012, in the city of Lausanne, Switzerland, the International EPFL Conference 2012 will be held with the theme Technologies for Sustainable Development: A way to reduce poverty? In collaboration with partners in both emerging and developing countries, the stated objective is to find adapted technology solutions to bring sustainable development to as many people as possible. The conference is intended to promote capacity building through the exchange of knowledge in a supportive way.
