The concept Recycling the City Rec_C is developed in a collaborative project launched by the UNESCO Chair on Sustainability, of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. The project seeks to gather and disseminate the thinking and work of various authors engaged with urban and regional sustainability and whose work has been relevant in different cultural and climatic contexts. The publication Rec_C Rethinking transformation of cities will permit to reflect on new dynamics to make more resilient social and ecological urbam systems.
